Nocturnal Animal Research

We have been working hard in third grade!  This week we are finishing up our nocturnal animal research.  We learned how to research a topic on the internet and how to write a research paper.  We went through all of the steps of the writing process and now we are publishing.  Some students are writing their paper by hand and some of them are typing their paper.

Next week I will share our Native American project with you.  The students have worked hard to make this project come alive.  They are using the research skills they have learned to design a poster to share information about their tribe. They are also creating a diorama to depict the tribe they are presenting.  They will share this information with our second grade next week.  Be on the lookout for this next week!
